Amer jhole kacaki fish kopta


Ingredients:

Raw Mango 2 , kacaki fish half a kg , trrmeric powder1 teaspoon, chilli powder1 teaspoon, salt as taste, coriander leaves chop 1 table spoon,  chopped green chili, green chili paste 1 teaspoon, chopped onions 2 table spoon, onion pasre 1 teaspoon, ginger pastehalf tea spoon, garlic paste half tea spoon, cumin and coriander powder half spoon, 1 table spoon of oil.

Method:

raw mango uncooked or cooked can get blended.
mix the kacaki fish with Little turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, fresh coriander,  onion chop, garlic paste, cumin and coriander powder .
make small balls of it.

put onion, garlic, salt, turmeric paste and mango paste in hot oil. cook a little and put fish ball in.keep cooking for 6-8 minute. spread chili and fresh coriander on it, Take off  and serve with rice .
