Ingredients:
sajane 50 grams, Daler bori 1 cup, onion chop 1 table spoon, ginger half tea spoon, cumin powder half tea - spoon, lemon blinde or lemon peel chop half tea spoon, lemon juice and 1 teaspoon, salt to taste , chilli powder half tea - spoon, turmeric powder-half tea - spoon and 2 table spoon of oil.
Process:
Fry Bori in oil. fry all the spices and cook with a little water and put fried sajane bori in it and keep stir, be covered for a little while . spread the lemon peel and juice and put out of flame. serve it warm.
