Kalojeera’r vorta.


Kalojeera Half cup
Garlic 1 cell 2 pcs
Onion slice (medium slice) 2 pcs
Green chilly 3 pcs (as
tasted)
Salt As tasted

1) Bake kalojeera in a dry fry pan.
2) Now fry onion and unbroken garlic.
(NB. You can fry with oil also)
3) Again bake green chilly the same way,
paste kalozira by a stone plank then
add baking garlic and onion also add
salt then serve with hot rice.
