Ingredients:
1. Garlic 15 clove.
2. Red chilli 6.
3. Chop onions 2 table spoon.
4. 1 teaspoon of mustard oil.
5. chopped Coriander leaf 1 tablespoon.
6. Salt as taste.
Mathod:
1. Dry fry the Garlic on a fry pan.
2. Take off when became brown.
3. Fry the red chili and onions with little oil.
4. Now paste Garlic, chili, salt on rock plank, mix with mustard oil and coriander leaf. ( can also use green chili in place of red )
