Mashed Red Chili

Ingredients:

1. Red chili 10.
2. Chop onion 3 table spoons.
3. 1 table spoon of mustard oil
4. 1 teaspoon of ghee.
5. Chop garlic 1 teaspoon.
6.  Sour Mango pickles 1 piece.
7. Chopped Spearmint 1teaspoon.
8. Salt.

Method: 

1.Put oil in fry pan and simmer fry chili's to make it crispy.
2.Wring the chili with salt.
3. Then all the other ingredients mashed together.
       
        Serve with warm Rice.
