Ingredients:  meat with boneless 3 kg, cardamom 4-garlic paste 2 teaspoons - 1 table spoon salt  -, turmeric powder 1 teaspoon - sour yogurt, half a cup, Cinnamon 4 pieces, ginger paste 2 table spoon - black pepper powder 1 teaspoon -  cumin paste 2 Teaspoon - soybean oil 1 cup,  two bay leaves, 1 cup chopped onion, 4 cloves, coriander paste 2 table spoon- salt, sugar half a teaspoon - chilli powder 1 table spoon.

process. boneless meat cutt in small piece and mix all the ingredients.
with 4 cups of water to cook the meat.

Ingredients: half a cup of fried mugdal, 1 cup of rice, half a cup of red peas, chopped onions 2 table spoon,  1cup half-broken of wheat, tejapata two, chopped garlic 1 table spoon, half a cup of , green chilli 7-8 ,1 table spoon of ginger chop, fried peas masakalaiy half a cup, quarter cup gram dal, turmeric powder 1 teaspoon - salt, half a cup of pudinapata chop, chop half a cup of dhanepata.

Halim spices Ingredients:
Coriander powder 4 table - spoons, ekangi quarter 1 teaspoon, pepper powder 1 table spoons, chinnamon 1 teaspoon - salt, half a tea spoon kalajira powder, fenugreek 1 teaspoon, cloves powder 1 table - spoon , anise 1 table spoon, dry chilli 12 -14, and mustard 1 table spoon, cumin 2 table spoon, cardamom 6,

Method: Mix together all the spices should be kept separate from the powder.
