Hilsa head-edible root Leaf mashed

Ingredients:

1. Edible root Leaf  250 gr.
2. Chopped 1 teaspoon of lemon cobs.
3. 1 table spoon of Kasundi.
4. Gereen chili 5-6 .
5. Garlic clove 4 .
6. Chopped onion 1 table spoon.
7. 1 table spoon of Muterd oil.
8. Salt as necessary.
9 1 table spoon of lemon juice.

Mathode:
1. Wash the Edible root Leaf.
2. The fish head mixed with of all the ingredients together (except onion). lay one by one leaf on the top and make a  round (roll) with another leaves and  tied with the yarn.
3. Boil on steam.
4. when boiled paste the head and other stuff on Rock plank, mix the leaf with Chopped onions and serve wit warm Rice.
