Mashed Rupachanda




Ingredients: 
rupachanda Small 3-4, 1 table spoon chopped fresh coriander, chopped 1 teaspoon of raw chilli, salt according to taste, chopped onions 2 table spoon, mustard paste 1 teaspoon, half teaspoon of chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, mustard oil for frying.

The Method: 
Wash the fish well, cut in pieces. mix with salt, turmeric and chilli powder. Keep little while. now fry the fish in hot oil. when came cold take the bones out. fry the onion, chilli and coriander a little. Then mix the fish with mustard paste well. it's ready to serve.
