Grilled Rupchanda



Ingredients:
Rupachanda (500 grams) of salt, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, quarter tsp turmeric powder, oil for frying, two lemons, onions 1.
Spice paste: 4 red chillies, half teaspoon whole cumin, garlic 4 clove, pepper 5/6, 1 piece of ginger, cloves 4/5, the teaspoon of vinegar, sugar half a teaspoon, salt.

The process:  
1. first clean and wash  rupachanda well.
2. wipe the water from fishes well, mix with salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder and  keep half an hour in the refrigerator.
3. Make fine paste of all the spices mixed with some water.
4. put the spices paste on both side of fis put for15 minutes in the  refrigerator.
5. Wash the lemon and cut .
6. cut the onion as ring,
7. put the fis in tot oven for 10 minutes,( in case of no oven you may fry it on fry pan) turn it once at half the way, when became light brown, serve hot Grilled fish with lemon and onion rings and some chatani.
