Fish kopta.


Ingredients:
1 kg of bone less small rui.
Half of tea - spoon hot cilli powder, 1 tea - spoon turmeric powder, coriander powder 1 teaspoon - salt, jeera paste, ginger and gerlic paste 1 table - salt, chili chop 4, onion 1 table - spoons, green cardamom, chinnamon, clove powder 1 table - salt, low salt, onion leaves 1 cup, flour 2 table spoon- salt, oil .



The process:
take the skin apart from fish.  Paste the fish on rock plank. take the bones away, mix  the fish and all the Spice properly. now put the mixed fish in skin use it like a cloth to create the shape of the fish. Fry it on fry pan with oil. serve wtih pulaw or warm rice.
